I have tried 5/6 times to contact them by phone, each time not successful. Please tell me what I should do as I have received a Hermes receipt telling me “sorry I missed you” with no way of making contact, not left with neighbour and the collection service number. I tried to order some nice clothes on your website. I tried to pay the items, but you force me to complete an account before finished the payment.
According to me this is not a polite way to get customers. In fact you arhieve the contrary. I’m not buying any products because of your behavior.
Hope you will change your policy so people can buy your items without being spammed for the rest of there lives.
