  8. 3 times changed my date for delivery all the time customer service dont respond the apps is unusless if dpd change you life on the price of your money today the parcel have to be delivered but after hour say will be returned to our depot
    the reason was Dpd can accept address and here is the question how Dpd Delivery Company Pretend is Nummber 1 Cant accept my adress and when i call to tell me i changed the date if i didn’t have to start delivery a ice food only then will have success!

  9. Absolutely great customer service. USE DPD! Changed my delivery day to Sunday delivery (which they do) and never received it. no one hour slot text nothing. I phoned up to find out whats going on and they said it was supposed to be delivered Saturday but didn’t update their system to Sunday. phoned Monday morning put on hold for 30 mins.. only to be told its out for delivery and ill receive a one hour window text. ONCE AGAIN NEVER RECEIVED THE TEXT only an email to say they’ve been and a picture of my back door.

  10. Paid for next day delivery and they email me that it’s going to arrive on Monday when I’ve left on holiday rather than the Friday. Tried contacting them and they say they have high call volume and I will have to wait over 5 minutes. Thirty minutes later I see on this website that the line had closed at 6pm!!! What time.

  12. DPD DEPOT DUNSTABLE THEY ARE HARD! Sorry, he put card through with number only – no more details (sign, date , time ) Outside is hot , street is busy and my parcels are heavy so he decide to” push bottom , sorry we missed You” . He probably make a picture of my door from car : ) Today is Monday I spent my day off on waiting for him Also loose money because I paid my mechanic for his time I recommend all of You trust . If You think that after call to depot they didn’t ignore me your words means a lot!

I was literally sitting next to the door and waiting for the parcel and I received a message saying “parcel is unable to deliver as there was no one” the driver didn’t even ring the bell.. I was keep checking on and let the curtains open so that I could see if anyone comes. That’s very important things in there for my wedding and I promised them I will give those to people and my relatives paid money for the parcel. I recommended this services again.
    I also received the pic of location very blurry that you can’t even see what is it.

  15. Waited in all day yesterday for my parcel to arrive. They sent an email to say they would give you a delivery slot by 2 pm. What good is that have already waited in all day. Eventually get a delivery slot between 4pm and 5pm but parcel did not arrive. What a waste of a Saturday. service.

Received text message yesterday 29th Aug 2018 that our parcel delivery would be 30th, waited in all day for this as they did not specify a time, when nothing arrived tried to contact them in evening with my mobile which must be linked to my address as automated answer stated my parcel would be 31st waited on line for 15 minutes but no one bothered to pickup my call, terrible poor service would and will contact suppliers in future to use DPD.

  18. Re-arranged delivery for Saturday at a cost of £. No tracking on Saturday on their app. Waited in all day. Tried to phone the local depot via their Birmingham number – standard message telling me my local depot was Smethwick (90 miles away) and parcel will be delivered today.. What a !!!!! Customer Service NIL points. Phone numbers of depots not available and I can email my request but have to wait another 2 days (including Sunday) to get a reply!! SERVICE!!!

My parcel was due today the driver turned up the slot given but said he could not find my parcel and would be back at some point today once he found it but I have now received an update saying my parcel could not be delivered due to me not being in to sign for it! This is complete as i spoke to the guy mo myself and this is my daughters birthday gift that I paid to come today can’t get through to anyone at Customer service or complaints what a complete of a company that they my parcel and can customer for not being home!!

  20. Next day delivery missed for no reason I can see. Driver apparently left a “missed delivery because no one in” card with our post room (open all day, 9-5), but nothing.

  21. I waited in most of the day Sunday had to go out in the end.. I had left instructions online for the driver to leave the parcel in the garage and I ticked the box to say I would accept responsibility for it! Returning home i found a standard note saying they had missed me and would be back tomorrow ..and there customer service i am going use DPD.

  22. Good afternoon

    I am absolutely furious. I’ve waited in today for a parcel and have just received a text saying couldn’t deliver as there was no-one in. This is !!!! No-one has been here. I’ve been sat at my desk facing the entrance to my property and I can assure driver HAS NOT ATTEMPTED delivery. There’s no card through the door contrary to what tracking system says. I suspect the real reason is that my location is ‘off the beaten track’ and driver couldn’t be bothered.

  23. DPD used to be great, I’m having nothing but problems with deliveries now. I even call them as their helpline gets me through to a human being. Here is the latest example of an “24-hour delivery” which I am still waiting for:

  24. Paid for pre 10:30 delivery and took a day off work to receive parcel. Via the tacking system on the company’s website I could see the driver never entered a 2 mile radius of my house. Yet I still receive a message stating that no one was home. It was very important to me that this arrived today as I am now away for two weeks.

  26. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to Cycle Republic yesterday but it has not arrived and does not appear to have left the depot at Hebburn. I have tried the customer services number but it just tells me my parcel is being delivered to a neighbour and then the line goes dead. I would like to know what is happening to my parcel.

  28. Absolutely!! just a load of talk form 3 different people. (there is no record of me calling either) apparently this is a company that run with Managers! and there is No telephone number at the Hub and there are people who work there either.

  29. Absolutely hard. Paid £10 next day delivery left instructions with my gate code and where to leave it and the delivery driver takes a photo of my POST BOX and said he could deliver. I want to ask them for refund. as we need it today. No one you can speak to on the phone.

  30. After half an hour, The advisor (Well Nearly) was told that I was being put through, heard someone pick the call up, and then they just disconnected the call, as Twitter and Email doesn’t help either

I was told my parcel would arrive between 5.00 and 6.00 pm so i watched the tracker i was no 49 i got a message about 6.00pm saying the driver would be a little delayed it got to no 2 and the message then said i was next to be delivered by this time it was 8.20pm then the next message i got said the driver was unable to deliver my parcel as there was nobody in and had left a calling card. Nobody knocked and no card i am fuming, bare faced

  33. My mum waited at home all day – on both delivery attempts – for the driver. Instead of having the courtesy to knock and wait for her response, he decided to slip ‘Sorry we missed you’ cards through the letterbox and drove off. Because of his deliberate refusal to deliver the parcel, it’s now to be delivered to a newsagent some distance away.
    I emailed a complaint after the driver’s first deception to DPD’s ‘Make it Right’ team, which promised to respond within two hours – but still awaiting a response.
    After the second, I rang Customer Service immediately; finally managed to get hold of an agent after a considerable wait, only to be fobbed of with the excuse that they can’t ‘stop’ the depot’s instructions to send it to the newsagent, and I have to go all the way there with two forms of ID to collect it. Despite my censure about the driver’s lack of etiquette, the woeful customer service and the inconvenience DPD has caused by this incident, the representative didn’t seem to show much concern for any of those, instead continuing to just say ‘sorry’. While it isn’t specifically her fault, I would’ve been happier if she acknowledged DPD’s responsibility.
    Nonetheless, if I can help it, I will use this courier service again.

  34. DPD delivered half of my order on Friday! I had paid for a 24 hour service but the main item (a car seat) was left in the Birmingham depot. I still have no car seat and i’m under unable to join the rest of my family for a holiday!

  35. My parcel should have been delivered 30 November, never left the Middleton Depot and apparently it was signed for and collected by a DEPOT SORTER – is this code for stolen? Promised a call three times by depot manager but so far, no call and no parcel
