  4. Customer care and support are a joke. Countless calls and emails and no-one reads or listens they just say ” I do apologise” . Told I will get a call in 72 hours, now passed 96 hours and I have to make 2 calls, first lady hung up on me. According to second lady I spoke to my issues need to be resolved by 17.30 today. Asked numerous times for CEO email address and no-one wants to give it, (yes it is available on line.) He will hear from me soon

  5. When are you going to sort out your delivery drivers
    Store staff doing fantastic job but the delivery staff are letting you down . Their I don’t care attitude needs to be sorted.
