Not happy I placed a order for over 100 pounds an it was buy now pay later an 50 pds off when I pay it received statement with the code not on it .it was pay 2019 I. Phoned.customer.service an he did not have code surely they should be a list giving out I binned my code after ordering this will be last order I owed nothing in my account but now I purchased 100pds
Don?t know how to get through to by e mail I need a return label sent out to return a faulty pair of sketches only had them about 6 weeks and they have split I spoke to someone on phone and Royal Mail were ment to send returns label by e mail but only sent part of it am no good with this kind of thing would prefer it posting my address is
I have waited in 3 days for delivery keeps saying delivery today on van I complained this morning was told definitely today if it does not come in this last hour by 9pm I am cancelling my order
