  1. i called into asda walsall to see if someone could help me with the sim i purchased from bloxwich asda but you only displayed mobile phones.i went to customer services and spoke to sam told her i needed someone to help me with the phone -she was marvellous she got me on the phone which i put £10 on but it looks like i have lost the £20+ that was on the original phone I’m afraid doing it on the internet confusing . thank sam and the girls at customer services best wishes jeannette woolley

  4. After almost 15 years of dedicated service to Asda including working throughout the entire pandemic (regardless that her young children where of primary school age and childcare costs almost crippled her) she was recently rewarded with redundancy notice..
    To-day my daughter was invited to attend her leaving ‘do’ where she was presented with a bunch of flowers and a £ 20 Asda gift voucher. Wow !!!! what a heartless, penny pinching, number crunching company ASDA has to-day proven themselves to be. I for one am DELIGHTED my daughter has left your employment. The bigger the company, the less the staff are appreciated. Disgusted that a multi-million £ organization treat their staff with such disrespect.

  6. The website for ASDA Colindale doesn’t show if their petrol station has petrol or not
    I’ve been twice today to find it closed
    Could you tell me when they expect petrol tanker deliveries
    I know its a sensible issue but for its customers it would be helpful if there was an indication when the tanks will be filled as in This Week, the Next week or never
    Secondly the main store are not picking up their phone from the customer and stating due to the high number of calls they have switched it off

Asda Wallington store stock take results were poor as expected because of poor management there is a huge issue with the managers here at this particular asda wallington store the managers are biased and so extremel favouritism to the friends i.e Olivia food hall manager shows extreme favouritism towards her best friend and section leader charlie she lets have Friday and Saturdays off the busiest days of the week she never ever does any late shifts hardly does any work because she has been to by manager olivia that the colleagues job is to work and section leader job is just to delegate even when the colleagues are struggling the solution to these kinds off problems is simple move managers to different stores so they don’t get to with their friends managers like jay palai been with the company too long that he is becoming too comfortable gsm brendon needs replacing managers olivia paul balcombe nathaniel these managers needs replacing in order too improves overall sales figures and reach sales targets

  12. Good morning i was in one of your stores yesterday were i noticed a 50″ tv with a sign saying black Friday deal at £289 was 379. Wow you would think but i bought the same TV from your store for £250. There where no sale on, it was last march and the tv hasn’t been in the store since. I deeply feel you are ripping your customers off letting them believe they are getting a great deal when they are not. How can a big company do this.

Hi this is miss keating I have had my food shopping cancelled for no reason and then I get a reordered for a very late time then it comes and I don’t even have my freezer stuff and when I ring to ask where it is their just tell me to wait for 2 hours to see if the driver come back bye then the frozen stuff would be no good I asked for a refund and I have to wait for the driver to click it as he ain’t click it yet and he has been gone form my home for over a hour and I ask if their could ring the driver to ask him to go back and get told u don’t have no number for your drivers that is no excepable and very not on

  14. I have tried several Asda phone numbers to get technical advice about a product I bought from them. Customer services didn’t understand me and advised me to ring my local store, but when I did, the menu directed me back to the website and I didn’t manage to speak to a person. The same thing happened when I rang Head Office in Leeds.

  15. I went into your Asda store in Dudley West Midlands. You have to go up steeps to go into the store. As I put my foot on the first stem. I fell due to the step being damaged. I twisted my foot. | went into store to tell them what had happened and I slpoke to a assistant and a security gaurd. The assistant came out looked and just said OK thanks. Neithe the assistant or the security officer asked how I was. On my way out I said to the security gaurd this step really needs looking at, as someone else will have an accident, he wasn’t interested. I couldn’t believe the attidude of both of these empoyee’s.

  16. hi i went to you store in boston lincolnshire, i dont usually shop at asda but was at hospital so thought we would do our shop at the store i bought lamb joint, braising steak,diced steak , pkt,s of corn beef, gammon slices, grapes, i was not happy with any of the products grapes were off had to throw out the pkt of meats they were off sorry but wont be shopping at any of your stores again think the meats were off didnt tast of anything was so bland but thanks i wont be back

  20. Hello, I am hoping you can help or point me in the right direction.

    I have worked at asda for 20 years, currently working 15.25 hours a week.

    Today i have been given a 4 week notice period to change my hours and days of work.
    My hours are changing from 10am -3pm Tuesday and Thursday to Tuesday and Friday 5pm to 10pm

    I am a single parent to three boys all under the age of 12. My youngest being 3 years old.

    My partner who also worked at Asda was tragically killed before our 3 year old boy was born.
    As you will appreciate it would be impossible for me to work these new hours due to having no childcare at such unsociable hours.

    Today i have been left feeling really overwhelmed, worried, stressed and if I’m honest I don’t know what I can do as a single parent..

    Two out of my 3 days that I work at Asda will now be until 10pm.

    I am looking for someone to contact me to discuss this further.
