  1. Have been trying to contact you by phone for over a week to discuss issues with my home move – I am constantly caught up in a cycle of recorded options but never get throw to an adviser. There is never an online chat adviser available. I urgently need to speak to a human being to discuss this issue which is causing endless stress – I am having to travel into work to access phone line /internet, when I should be on annual leave.
