  1. I visited your store in bath on Sunday 15th August to return two items that was purchased 3 threes ago. Unfortunately the fitting room was not open when I purchased these due to covid and lack of staff I was informed.
I have however mislaid the receipt, so I wanted a credit note or to exchange . I was told I could not…. how can this be when all other retail outlets allow this and the fitting rooms were unavailable, The items do not fit due to sizes all over the place. For example I brought then yesterday two dresses one fits one to big. So yet again another trip as the fitting room was unavailable. All I want to do is return the items and get a credit note.

  2. I purchased a few items yesterday at your Southport branch
I asked the cashier to leave the blue long sleeved vests as they were too big , I thought I’d left them back
He said fine threw them to one side now I see I’ve been charged for them ?! Why would he do that ?

  3. I am writing to inform the Chief Executive of The Primark Stores, about an item, bought at The Primark Store, St. Anns Road, St. Ann’s Mall, Harrow-on-the-hill, London. Between 1-10 November 2021, i bought a ladies Leather Belt, (SML), priced £8.00p. A week later, i threw away the receipt. Between 10-27 November, i returned the item back to the store, for a refund. The retail assistant/other, refused to take the item, without a receipt. The item was weighty and, could leave bruises/other, onto the skin. Would you be able to assist me. customer
