  3. 2 failed appointments for installation of prepayment metres and current waiting for the 3rd (16th nov 2018) and currently out of gas supply with no means to top up as my daughter is in bed and i dont drive which disables me to setting out the house to seek new card and top up. It is freezing and i am not able to reach an advisor with Scottish Power as the lines are closed on Sundays. My daughter is 4 years old and we have had similar frustrating problems with Scottish power since we moved here November 2017. That has been due to appointments for engineers failing to attend, metre error messages on entering topped up cards, lack of customer service advise when ive asked what to do to prevent any problems occuring in future and then there is problems like the one I have at the moment where there is no advisor or department open which can deal with out of gas supply problems. What on earth are people meant to do other than wait until weekday lines open?! I am extremely disappointing and frustrated that I still experience problems and do so regularly with scottish power. This is neglagent towards customers especially those with needs to having to keep there homes warm! Various prior problems i have had are a clear example to certify that Scottish Power do not carryout customer care reviews or strive to deliver better customer service to prevent common problems. A sunday operator service would solve alot to start off so I do not understand how there is not

  4. I am returning after working abroad to my home at. A J. was occupying the property and had changed the gas and electric to her name. She has moved and I need the gas and electricity account put in my name and connected. She moved out from 27th March 2019 and although I requested her to put the utilities in my name this has not happened. Please advise how can this can be done.
