  1. Hi i think its crazy how this time last year i was paying ?15 for all you can eat data. Then it went upto ?20 in november 3 months later it went upto ?25 and now its ?35 really thinking of changing to a much cheaper network for the same package

    Not impressed, this Samsung has broken not long after having it. The speaker only works on loud speaker and Samsung told me to download smart switch and then do a factory reset. Which didn’t work at first, had to contact Samsung again to be told to download something else on Microsoft. Finally factory reset to find out that speaker still doesn’t work yet loads of people are experiencing the same thing and it’s not something that we can just fix- Samsung need to. Waste of time and money to just try and use my phone that I pay ?50 a month for. Absolute joke! And I see in the shop it’s half price for new customers. No fair, been with you guys for years and this is shocking. Not happy

    1. Called Samsung this morning and they need my phone to repair by either waiting 7-10 days which is too long or I have to drive to get it repaired, probably have to leave it overnight and then drive back. I want reimbursement for this travel and all these phone calls

    2. 3 charges are a joke! I moved to Tesco Mobile and pay ?22 for two contracts with double the data 3 were offering me and far more besides. i.e. hotspot, better coverage for where I live. 3 is a joke, and they don’t mind ripping you off if they a long term customer. No reward for loyalty.

  3. I have spoke to agent about my contract. Sim. I will paid in 28 in full. So pleases how can i make them stop to send to me. Message. All the tame. Gest ceck my situation I n computer.

My account has been hacked allowed some one to change my billings address and order a new phone I was advised to cancel my direct debit until it was sorted uve cut my phone off no one has called me from the fraud investigation team I’ve spoken to 5 different people and still no one has resolved the problem I want to cancel my contract as a joke security measures and customer service is non existent I want written confirmation that my contract is cancelled and I want to make a formal complaint please forward me a copy of complaints procedure

  5. They want the number on the back of my credit card to verify I’m over 18. I would need to be well under 18 to give my security number to a talking machine.

  6. the biggest PLACE you can take. Call center in India because when I do not call, I could never talk to an Englishman.
    What you do not ask is a problem and you have to wait.
