My name is simran kaur chawla
Girl on the phone was rude to began with and when i didn’t understand question she just kept repeating it instead of explaining! Rang on April to cancel monthly contract and they charged me for may too! Its best to ring 2 months before you actually cancel it even for monthly contract!
You are lucky even, i have to pay all year ahead, it was made as fixed year contract by Vodafone. Or in this case i better keep the account active and can use it not to pay this big amount without using any of it. And with extremely strong accent and unclear talking man even tried to make new offers for better data and buying a new phone? -i got upset. i called about cancelling the contract and they start to talk about their other offers even after several sayings i`m not in Uk anymore. So disappointed.
I NEVER EVER USED VODAFONE they could not care less about their customers and are out to get as much money from you as they can. I have been forced into a contract I do not want due to their error and no matter how I try to resolve issue no-one helps. I tried to cancel my order within the thirty day period but my contract continues and I am being charged double …I said I was going to cancel direct debit and was told that if I did that they would hold me in breach on contract. They are out for your money and will do anything to stop you cancelling your contract it is impossible to get them to listen. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do next to stop them doubling my payments refusing to accept I have cancelled. It is a terrible company with absolutely no cares at all for customers.
I’m not happy
I required to cancel my vodafone broadband at home, but after two months I am still paying…very disappointed!!!!!
Money grabbers! Tried to cancel at the end of my contract but the customer service poor excuse of a representative made it so difficult, saying various answers we’re wrong when they were clearly correct. This shouldn’t be happening in modern day countries.
Never again Vodafone
