How to Cancel Orange

Orange was a former internet provider and mobile network operator in the United Kingdom until February 2015 when along with the Deutsche?Telekom T-Mobile. They merged together to form the new EE company that continued to operate Orange brand. All Orange customers can switch or upgrade to EE tariffs or keep their existing Orange tariffs without a new renewal. Or maybe you want to cancel totally your Orange contract, to do that you need to understand how to do it properly.

Step 1 ? Enter Main Orange Website

When you visit the main Orange homepage, you will find out that you will be redirected to the actual EE company website, to the Orange section of the site. You will find there important information about how to cancel your Orange contract.

  • First, enter Orange website that will redirect you to the actual EE website following this link.
  • Make sure you know what service you wish to cancel.
  • Prepare your payment method in case you need to pay for some cancellation fees when cancelling your Orange account.

Orange Mobile for mobile phones, tablet and 4GEE WIFI

If you want to cancel Orange Mobile you need to take the following steps:
Log into your Orange account with your phone number. If you don’t know your number but you have your phone to hand, just text Number to 150 for free. If you are on a tablet or a 4G WiFi device make sure you are connected to the Orange network, actually EE network and visit add-on page.

In case you have your sim package but can’t find your number on it, just continue without your number and choose Orange as the operator and you will be taken to the login page. If you have forgotten your password or username, just click help to get another one.

Orange Mobile cancellation

If you want to cancel your Orange mobile contract you have to contact them by text to 150 from your phone, and then select option 1 > 4 > 2 > 1 or call. A?member of the customer team will assist you with additional queries that you may have. You will have to give a 30 days notice if you want to cancel your contract, even if the contract has reached its final term.

You will have to pay a final bill if you have any charges left and you will receive this bill to the address registered on the contract with Orange. If you want to keep your number moving to another company, you have to request a PAC code, available only for 30 days. Contact the Orange customer service every day from 8 am to 8 pm and from 8 am to 6 pm on weekends.

Please note that if you started a contract you have a grace period of 14 days to return the products and the service without any hidden fees. But only if you signed up through the Orange or EE store. If you happened to use a third party site, you will need to cancel your product and service through their customer service providers.

Orange Home Broadband, Home Phone and TV cancellation

If you decide to leave Orange, you just need to call the customer service at 150* from your Orange mobile phone or call?0800 079 8586?or 450?from your Home Phone or Orange mobile device. You need to return the Orange TV box within 30 days otherwise, you may be charged ?175 on the final bill. When cancelling a broadband service, you can keep your router, you can recycle it or you may return it to the Orange warehouse. There are possible to be cancellation charges when cancelling this contract and you will be informed about these charges when you end your contract.

On the main page of the Orange website, find the Login box on the top right and log in using your Orange credentials. Then find your active service and click cancel. After these steps, you will be guided on how to finally end your contract with Orange.

Step 4 ? Contact Orange Customer Service Contact Number Helpline

You will have the opportunity to cancel any of your Orange services by calling the Orange phone number 0800 079 8586?or 450. Then you will be prompted by a helpful member of the Orange customer service team every day from 8 am to 8 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 6 pm.

    I was in France for a few months in Marchesieux Normandy and subscribed to Orange via a Livebox WIFI box while I was there.
    I left France on the 9th of August and before I left I Cancelled my subscription according to instructions and I posted the equipment back to Orange via the Post Office in Periers Normandy.
    I was told that Orange would deduct 50 euros from my bank as a cancellation fee.
    Since then I have had 2 regular payments taken off my bank account for the subscription which is not active, at the end of August and at the end of September. yet I posted the equipment and cancelled the service on the 9th of August already.

    Please could I get some advice as to what to do as I do not have any of the passwords or account details with me here in the UK.
